The first reason could be that you paid with a Card.

Orders paid for by Card are subject to our 3 Workday Delivery Delay Policy,

This also goes for orders placed with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

The second reason could be that there's a technical issue, if this is not displayed in our Discord channel and on the news page then there shouldn't be any.

The last reason could be that we somehow overlooked your order, while this is rare this is a possibility if the two options above don't apply. If this is the case please reach out to us along with your order number and we'll get it sorted out.
