Refund or Exchange Eligibility:

  • All orders are final once processed and put in the queue for delivery or if they have been delivered already. No refunds or exchanges are possible after this point, regardless of the product or service.

Refund or Exchange Time Frame:

  • Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been processed.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

  • Customers can create a support ticket contacting us through livechat and by clicking "Order Issues"

Refund or Exchange Processing:

  • Valid requests are reviewed within 12 hours.

  • If eligible, the process is initiated within 24 hours.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise discussed.

  • Please allow additional time for the refund or exchange to reflect based on the payment provider.
